We can then arrange an initial session to get to know one another and find out whether the support I offer would be beneficial to you.
Our initial session would be used as a form of assessment, where I will be asking you some questions and we can start to get to know one another.
We will discuss what brings you to therapy and what are your expectations. You can ask me any questions you may have about the process and my approach, and by the end of the session we will aim to agree if we would like to work together.
We would agree on time, location and duration of work, or you can decide to work on open-ended basis. This can be reassessed as our work progresses.
Our sessions would be confidential and you can bring whatever is necessary for you at this moment in time. I would follow your lead, what is urgent or important to you, while trying to help you deepen your understanding. This could possibly develop into other areas, especially if we work long-term.
We will meet weekly at the same time and location and will assess our work regularly.
Initial session - £50
Daytime sessions - £55
Evening sessions - £60 (after 17:00)
All sessions are 50 minutes long and will be provided on a weekly basis.
If you are unable to come for one of your sessions for any reason, I require at least 7 days’ notice of a cancellation or the full fee is payable.
